Let’s admit the fact that we are all bound to commit error lest we try to be good in the eyes of our people but deep inside we aspire things for our own tailored satisfaction and not for the general welfare of our people. Even the most excellent behavior who lived on earth the last prophet Muhammad (pbuh) ardently asked the creator to guide him not to follow his own desire for he knows that Satan is always with him to divert him from the righteous acts. What we expect from people whose knowledge was acquired from secular world whose motive is just to satisfy himself like those who gave their comments and even opposed the singing of the first step to self-recognition such as the MOA.

This is actually retrieval of the land that owned by our forefathers and was inherited to the natives of Mindanao such as the called Moros by the Spaniards. The word ancestral Domain as declared in the MOA is a stepping stone to retrieve the land of the natives who now owned by the migrants of Mindanao which was started during the time of the late president Magsaysay in his policy of migration where the people from Luzon and Visayas started to migrate in Mindanao and claimed the land as theirs by applying the torrents title  process.

The Land Ancestral Domain existed even before the declaration of the Philippine Independence where no law or laws can claim by any person who migrated in Mindanao as rightful owner of the land called Ancestral Domain. The native people of Mindanao never subjugated by any foreign invaders to surrender their land and cultures only in Luzon and Visayas were captured and conquered by the foreign invaders. The irony is that the migrant Filipinos in Mindanao from Luzon and Visayas now claimed as the rightful owner of the land that has been fought by the natives against the colonizers. The remnant of the colonizers’ thinking  remained in this country that will never end the hostility of  grabbing the land owned by the natives of Mindanao.

It is right to say by the legislators that we have to see if we violate the constitution but what constitution can be referred to the claim of Ancestral Domain where there was no constitution existed or even no republic of the Philippine is yet to exist when the land Ancestral Domain was already existed as the land of the natives of Mindanao? Where this people who claimed graduates of  prestigious law schools can come up with a reasonable mind to claim he can render judgment on matters he never exist, where no laws ever created for that matters.
