Marawi City-Concerned Muslim Filipinos will launch Kandori for the formation of the Harakat Islahia (Movement for Change and Development) on May 31, 2008 at 7:30 am to be held at Dr. Mamitua Saber Research Center, Mindanao State University in Marawi City, Philippines They welcome guests, visitors and paticipants. Among the highlights of this affair is the signing of the principles of the movement and the oath-taking of the Executive Committee.
