ILIGAN CITY, Philippines -- A brief firefight broke out when unidentified armed men harassed personnel of an Army detachment in barangay (village) Kalanganan, Pantar, Lanao del Norte Tuesday morning. Colonel Edwin Respecio, commanding officer of the 32nd Infantry Battalion, said his unit, which was conducting a medical mission in another village, responded and also engaged the attackers.
