, was held in the University Oval ground. Professor Abducal Alonto, KFCIAS Officer in-Charge, expressed his thanks and gratitude to Allah s.w.t for the cooperation of the officials, faculty, staff and students of the University. Dr. Abdusalam Disomimba, an alumnus from the International Islamic University of Malaysia and new faculty of the Center, led the Eid prayer and subsequently delivered the Kutbah.

in celebrating Eid al-Adha.” The celebration is in accord with the official decision and announcement of the High Judiciary Council of Saudi Arabia. It says: “since the moon of Dhul-Hijjah was sighted

The announcement states: “1 Dhul-Hijjah will be

But commentary from the Moonsighting.com revealed: “The moon was not even born on Sunday, December 9, Maghrib time in
Saudi Arabia
, and moon actually set 23 minutes before sun set at Makkah.”
